Orders and Shipping Processes

Order Fulfillment Process

​Orders are processed after the transaction clears/settles in the payment gateway.  This happens at 4:30pm each afternoon.  Once a purchase settles, we push it to fulfillment.  When the order ships, we mark the order fulfilled and send you the confirmation email. 

 

Internet Start up Package: During the Covid 19 crisis we're working hard to keep you connected, but it can take up to 10 business days to set up new service.   We appreciate your patience and understanding as fulfillment, delivery and even activation times are affected by Covid restrictions, new trade agreements and an overwhelming demand for service.    We are working very hard to push things through and will keep you apprised of any delays.

Accessories & Special Order Items:  Once the transaction settles, we push it to fulfillment.  They are shipped directly from distribution center and the Free shipping is either FedEx, UPS or USPS ground.  Please Allow up to 10 business days for accessories and cables to arrive.

PLEASE NOTE: Fulfillment is closed on Saturday and Sunday, so orders that come in after 3pm on Friday are processed the following Monday.

Shipping Policy

Internet Service Start up Package:  Free shipping for this service is UPS ground mail, so please allow 3-5 days to arrive.. 

​

Sim card kits:  Free shipping is via regular mail with no tracking number.  Please allow up to 7 business days as Covid has had a major impact on our USPS.

​

Accessories & Special Orders:  Free shipping is either FedEx, UPS or USPS ground.  Please Allow up to 10 business days for accessories and cables to arrive.

 

We can do expedited shipping on accessories for an additional $25.00 if you need it faster.

Internet Service Start up Package

Our refund policy is simple.  Your 7 day refund period starts when you receive the device, so don't dilly dally setting it up!  If we can't make the service work within 7 days, we'll email you shipping label so you can send the modem back and we'll refund the equipment and set up fee, but we cannot refund the monthly service portion.

​All we ask is that the device be in it's original packaging and in like new condition.   Once we receive the device back in like new condition, we will issue the refund.  It's as simple as that!

​PLEASE NOTE THESE EXCEPTIONS:

We do not refund expedited shipping costs.  

​

If a customer makes unauthorized changes to the device, this voids the refund policy.  Any refund issued by Ladybug Wireless is a courtesy and at their discretion.

​

If the equipment is damaged when it arrives we'll either mail it back to you, at your cost, or we'll offer a settlement as a courtesy. 

Bring Your Own Device Internet

There is no refund policy on the Bring Your own Device Internet Service.  Please read the entire product listing carefully before ordering.

PLEASE NOTE: Netgear devices will not work on pink, even if they are unlocked.  Please order blue if you are using Netgear.

Accessories and Electronics

14 day return policy on all one time purchase items (in other words, everything on our site that isn't a service).  Your return period starts when shipment is marked delivered, so don't dilly dally setting it up!  If you wish to return it, simply package it back up and send it back.

All we ask is that the device be in it's original packaging and not damaged.   Once we receive the device back in like new condition, we will issue the refund.  It's as simple as that!   

We understand sometimes you find something better!  We'll still take it back, but open box returns because you changed your mind have a 20% restocking fee. 

Defective and/or non working items do not have a restocking fee and will be replaced or refunded.
