Orders and Shipping Processes

Orders Fulfillment Process

​Orders are processed after the transaction clears/settles in the payment gateway.  This happens at 3:30pm each afternoon. 

 

Once a purchase settles, we prepare it for shipping, mark it fulfilled and send the tracking number.  Post office closes at 4pm, so generally the packages go out the next day.   

Special Order Items are processed slightly different.  Once the transaction settles, we place the order for the item.  The distributor processes and ships the item directly to you.    As soon as they send us the tracking number we mark it fulfilled and send that tracking number to you, usually within 24 hours of transaction settling.   They ship via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS depending on destination. 

We are closed on Sunday, so orders that come in on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday. 

Shipping Policy

Modems and items we keep in stock are shipped via USPS Priority Mail except sim card kits.   Please allow up to 5 business days.

Sim card kits are shipped via regular mail with no tracking number.  Please allow up to 5 business days. 

Special orders are shipped directly from distribution center either FedEx, UPS or USPS.  Please Allow upto 7 business days. 

We can do expedited shipping for an additional $20.00.  

Refunds

Internet Service

Our refund policy is simple.  Your 7 day trial period starts when you receive the device, so don't dilly dally setting it up!  If we can't make the service work within 7 days, we'll email you shipping label so you can send it back.  

All we ask is that the device be in it's original packaging and in like new condition.   Once we receive the device back in like new condition, we will issue the refund.  It's as simple as that!

PLEASE NOTE:

If a customer makes unauthorized changes to the device, this voids the refund policy.  Any refund issued by Ladybug Wireless is a courtesy and at their discretion.

If there is more than 10 gigs of data used in one day or 50 gigs in the 7 days, then the service is obviously working well, but we'll still take back the modem.. 

If an item is returned in less than new condition, we'll either send the item back to you (at your cost) or come to an agreement on a refund amount. 

Bring Your Own Device Internet

We have no refund policy on the Bring Your own Device Internet Service.  There are too many variables we cannot control such as bad devices, bad IMEI, bad programming, banned devices, wrong kind of devices and the list goes on!

Cellular Service

Our refund policy is simple.  If the service truly does not work, we'll refund the service cost within 7 days.  

Accessories and Electronics

14 day return policy on all one time purchase items (in other words, everything on our site that isn't a service).  Your return period starts when shipment is marked delivered, so don't dilly dally setting it up!  If you wish to return it, simply package it back up and send it back. 

All we ask is that the device be in it's original packaging and not damaged.   Once we receive the device back in like new condition, we will issue the refund.  It's as simple as that!
