If you have received your device, please use this form to start the set up.   If you have not ordered service, click here!

Please note:  We do set ups via chat during normal business hours.  Chat is available 9am to 9pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 10am to 6pm.  We are closed on Sunday.   

Please allow one hour to complete the process, so try to fill in the form at least one hour before closing.  If you message us right at closing, we will have to pick up the next day. 


 
For security purposes, you must always use the same name & email address you used to purchase the service when contacting us.  This is how we verify your account so it's very important!

When you click submit, you will get an auto response with  your first set of instructions.  While you do that, we'll be doing our part on this end.  We'll message you when it's time to move on to the next step.

Please do not plug your device in until you've been instructed to by your Ladybug Team member.


If you close out the chat, no big deal, you can read and respond via email or click the pink circle at the bottom right corner of the screen to return to the chat.   

Just make sure to use the same name/email every time!
