If you have received your device, please use this form to start the set up.   If you have not ordered service, click here!

Please do not plug the device in until your Ladybug Team member tells you it's time!
For security purposes, please always use the same name & email address you used to purchase the service when contacting us.  This is how we verify your account. =-)

When you click submit, this will alert our staff and begin a chat with them.  We do the set up via chat because there is a lot of wait time between steps, but if you cannot use the chat, please call! 

If you close out the chat, no big deal, you can read and respond via email or click the pink circle at the bottom right corner of the screen to return to the chat.
