Home Internet Set up

If you have received your device, please use this form to start the set up.   If you have not ordered service, click here!

Please note:  We do set ups via chat during normal business hours, which are 9am to 6pm Monday - Friday, Central Time.  We are closed Saturday & Sunday.  

Do not close the chat after you fill in the form.  The form triggers a live chat session with an agent. If you close the chat, our answers will go to the email you used to order the service.  You can always reopen the chat by clicking the pink chat bubble in the bottom right corner. 

For security purposes, you must always use the same name & email address you used to purchase the service when contacting us.  When you use the wrong info, it pulls up the wrong account and we can't help you.  

When you click submit, you will get an auto response with your first set of instructions.  While you do that, we'll be doing our part on this end.  We'll message you when it's time to move on to the next step.

Please do not plug your device in until you've been instructed to by your Ladybug Team member.
