  • 14 day return policy on all one time purchase items (in other words, everything on our site that isn't a service).  Your return period starts when shipment is marked delivered, so don't dilly dally setting it up!  If you wish to return it, simply package it back up and send it back. 

    All we ask is that the device be in it's original packaging and not damaged.   Once we receive the device back in like new condition, we will issue the refund.  It's as simple as that!   

    We understand sometimes you find something better!  We'll still take it back, but open box returns because you changed your mind have a 20% restocking fee. 

    Defective and/or non working items do not have a restocking fee and will be replaced or refunded.

    PLEASE NOTE:

    We do not refund expedited shipping costs.​

    If a customer makes unauthorized changes to the device, this voids the refund policy.  Any refund issued by Ladybug Wireless is a courtesy and at their discretion.  

    ​If an item is returned in less than new condition, we'll either send the item back to you (at your cost) or come to an agreement on a refund amount. 

  • Accessories & Special Order Items:  Once the transaction settles, we push it to fulfillment.  They are shipped directly from distribution center and the Free shipping is either FedEx, UPS or USPS ground.  Please Allow up to 10 business days for accessories and cables to arrive.

    PLEASE NOTE: Fulfillment is closed on Saturday and Sunday, so orders that come in on Friday or the weekend may be processed the following Monday.
