This router includes PrimeCare for 1 year. PrimeCare includes InControl, warranty with standard RMA, FusionHub license, and SpeedFusion bonding and can be renewed after the first year. If PrimeCare is not renewed, SpeedFusion features are disabled (basic functionality of the router will remain).

*to get 5g speeds, you must be in a 5g area.  Speeds will vary by location, but this device has proven to be much faster than a Cat 4 or Cat 7 device. 
* Two sim card slots cannot be used at the same time.  It takes 2-3 minutes for second sim to kick in for failover.  If you need instant failover, please ask us for options. 
*Wifi coverage degrades with space and obstacles.  If you need more wifi coverage, please ask and we'll help you expand your wifi coverage.

  • Orders are processed after the transaction clears/settles in the payment gateway.  This happens at 2:30pm each afternoon.  Once a purchase settles, we push it to fulfillment.  Fulfillment can take up to 48 hours.  When the order ships, we mark the order fulfilled and send you the confirmation email. 

    Free shipping for this service is ground mail, so please allow up to 5 days to arrive once it's shipped.

    Expeidted shipping is UPS 2 day or USPS Priority Mail so please allow 2-3 days to arrive once it's shipped.

    Fulfillment is closed on Saturday and Sunday, so orders that come in on Friday or the weekend may be pushed to fulfillment the following Monday.
