Price at check out includes the modem, first month's service, one time set up fee and any taxes/state fees that may apply. Free shipping is ground mail- allow 4-5 days to arrive after it ships. Epedited is USPS Priority 2 day, allow 2-3 days for it to arrive after the item ships.
We only have one plan to offer on Red Network, but it's big enough for a whole family! Red is great for those living the RV life. It has better coverage off the main roads and less congestion in towns and cities.
Ladybug Red Premium Plan Details- $219.99 per month
This has up to 750 gigs per month. This plan is better for larger families or those who stream more and/or play games. It does not have a hard daily cap.
Our modem is Ladybug Tested and Approved!!!
We program it & test it before we send it to you. All you have to do is activate the service and plug it in! It's so easy, your cows could do it (if they had opposable thumbs!)

Please Note: This is made for rural only. In urban or poplulated areas you mae experience congestion. We do not recommend this within medium to large cities unless you have no other option available.
Ladybug Red Internet Start Package
Our refund policy is simple. Your 7 day refund period starts when you receive the device, so don't dilly dally setting it up! If we can't make the service work within 7 days, we'll email you shipping label so you can send the modem back and we'll refund all except the service portion.
All we ask is that the device be in it's original packaging and in like new condition. Once we receive the device back in like new condition, we will issue the refund. It's as simple as that!
PLEASE NOTE THESE EXCEPTIONS:
We do not refund expedited shipping costs.
If a customer makes unauthorized changes to the device, this voids the refund policy. Any refund issued by Ladybug Wireless is a courtesy and at their discretion.
If the equipment is damaged when it arrives we'll either mail it back to you, at your cost, or we'll offer a settlement as a courtesy.
